Sagemcom’s XM Fax® 7.5 software has been successfully tested for compatibility with Avaya IP Office 9.0, Avaya Aura® Session Manager 6.3 and Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.3.
MONTREAL, Quebec – March 27th, 2014 – Sagemcom, a pioneer in advanced fax server solutions for IP networks announced today that XM Fax® 7.5 is now compliant with key communications and collaboration solutions from Avaya Inc., a global provider of business collaboration and communication software and services.
XM Fax helps businesses leverage their IP network and IP telephony services to securely and easily transmit vital business communications such as purchase orders, records, reports and confidential documents.
XM Fax provides reliable fax service to Small to Midsized, as well as Large Enterprises. The application is now successfully compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya IP Office 9.0, Avaya Aura® Session Manager 6.3 and Avaya Aura® Communication Manager 6.3 using SIP trunks and the T.38 fax protocol between XM Fax and the Avaya SIP infrastructure. Testing for G.711 fax pass through was also successfully conducted.
