Jean Champagne has enjoyed an extensive and distinguished career in sales and business development in the world of telecommunications and networks. His leadership qualities have been honed and enhanced by such companies as Xerox, BCE, Nortel, Avestor, Sagemcom and more recently XMedius.
With more than 30 years of experience in spearheading the development and marketing of high-tech solutions, he is currently the head of XMedius, a global leader and innovator in the field of secure document exchange.
He graduated from HEC Montreal in Business Administration and International Marketing. He also completed specialized management training courses at CIREM-HEC, as well as at the Ivey Business School in partnership with AeA Stanford Executive Institute and at the “Collège des Administrateurs de Sociétés” (Corporate Directorship).
For nearly 20 years Sébastien has been a driving force at XMedius, and has been instrumental in developing XMedius’ technology strategy. Among his many accomplishments, Sébastien led the development of the ground-breaking XMedius Fax-over-IP technology, cloud platforms, and XMedius SENDSECURE.
His versatility, wide-ranging technical skills and keen business acumen allow him to seamlessly bridge the technical – business divide. In addition to leading Product Development, he is also responsible for Customer Services, IT and Information Security.
He is a graduate of the Université de Montreal’s École Polytechnique and holds both an engineering degree and a Master of Science. In addition, he also earned an executive MBA from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal.
Jean Pierre Filion has over 30 years of successful sales, management and executive experience in the IT and Telecom manufacturing space (hardware and software).
He has demonstrated his leadership on the local, national and international scene managing sales organizations of up to 40 employees and 65M$ of sales. Recognized for his dedication and dependability, he is also known for his loyalty, integrity and business acumen.
At Symantec, he led the Eastern Canadian Large Enterprise, Enterprise and Public Sector sales teams as well as the Canadian Federal Government sales teams. Prior to joining Symantec, he served as VP World Wide Sales at Performance Technologies (NASDAQ: PTIX), in this capacity his efforts led to strategic growth through organic and acquisition efforts within the telecommunications industry. He is a graduate of l’Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Jean-Pierre Iafrate has nearly 20 years of experience in general accounting. He has accumulated diversified financial management experience working for various public and private sector companies.
During his career, he acquired expertise in deployment of accounting systems, improvement of internal controls, financing, credibility of financial data, as well as tax credits in R & D.
As a graduate of UQAM in Business Administration, he is also a member of the Ordre des Comptables en Management du Quebec since 1995.
Frédéric Seigneur has nearly 30 years of successful experience in the development and sales of telecom software in various organizations.
He joined Sagemcom (now XMedius) in 1995 as a Project Manager for satellite Internet services and then moved to an engineering and pre-sales position for communications and document management solutions. He is now head of Product Management for XMedius.
Having worked in high-tech industries for nearly 30 years, Stéphane Vidal has developed solid tech expertise on an international level.
He is currently heading the creation and the execution of traditional and digital marketing and communication strategies at XMedius.
His experience includes the use and deployment of marketing automation platforms, developing leading innovative marketing programs, marketing communications, lead generation activities, social media, product marketing, branding, sales channel initiatives, search marketing and email marketing.
He takes an active part in non-profit organizations such as Montreal Inc. and Prêt à Entreprendre that help young Montrealers start their own businesses.
Evelyne Morin has nearly 10 years of experience in specialized recruitment combined with a strong background as a Human Resource Generalist. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources. Over the years, she has acquired extensive HR experience in the high-tech and telecom fields.
Recognized for her discretion, integrity and diplomacy, she has a well-developed expertise in labor laws, recruitment, development of internal policies, coaching, and administration. She is also a member of l’Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés (CRHA) since 2006.
As HR leader, she is responsible for supporting the entire management team on matters relating to compensation, organization, and policy development.
